THE JOURNEY OF COLOUR CHANGE...

Let's Talk colour!

45% of women were inspired by a Celebrity to change their hair colour.

So whether you're changing from light-dark/dark-light, adding a pop of colour or you're now ready to embrace the grey.

Every hair goal is a journey!

Take a photo of Khloe Kardashian

Her hair stylist 'Tracey Cunningham' states: “It took months to get Khloe blonde!” Using various colour techniques e.g.ombre, balayage and highlights to gradually achieve her clients desires, whilst maintaining optimum hair condition.

Here at Millionhair all our team are Loreal trained! We have two L'oreal Colour Specialists who have a deep understanding of the science and technology behind hair colouring. This knowledge helps all the team achieve desired results with great colouring accuracy. Our stylists have attended many L'oreal colouring courses, with information from each course being passed on throughout the salon, giving us all a great understanding of all of our products and correct colour placement.

Taking all of this into consideration when we are creating a tailor made colour, perfect for you.

A search for #Balayage on instagram gives more than 20million results.

So What Is A Balayage?

The word balayage comes from a french word 'balayer' meaning to sweep. A term that refers to the way the colour is applied.

Balayage is a technique where the hair colour is painted onto the hair to create:- a warmer, more natural looking highlight effect which is softer.

Whereas a foilayage is placed in between foils to help speed up the process and lift the hair lighter than what a balayage is able to achieve. This is a couple of examples of what techniques can be used in colour change.

Our comprehensive consultations assess every aspect of your hair and the journey it will go on! This entails assessing your:
